According to Excelsus Holdings, the main reason to acquire Spectrum Integrated Technologies is the growing customer concerns about the dependability and resiliency of the prevailing PCB supply chain.

Excelsus Holdings believes that Southeast Asia and in particular, Malaysia provide diversity outside of China with a dependable low-cost workforce while offering robust infrastructure and access to high quality logistics with Singapore Changi Airport, which is 40 minutes from Spectrum Integrated Technologies’ factory.
