Ereztech acquires 30,000sft facility for organometallic precursors
Ereztech, an American organometallic precursors provider, has acquired a new 30,000 square foot facility in Saukville, Wisconsin.
The facility is expected to give a greater production footprint to Ereztech, enabling it to expand its domestic production capacity and optimize its supply chain.
Roman Rytov — Ereztech CEO said: “The Saukville site expands the efforts of our Sheboygan Falls facility to provide vertically integrated, customized processes for a broad range of organometallic precursors.
“Our control over precursor synthesis, down to the raw material level, purification, and packaging supports high volume manufacturing tailored to our customer’s requirements.”
According to Ereztech, the availability of thin-film precursors that are employed in atomic layer deposition (ALD) or chemical vapor deposition (CVD) processes is highly important for producing semiconductors and other materials-dependent advanced technologies.
Ereztech said that it has focused its expansion on underpinning quick precursor research and development (R&D) discovery efforts and efficient production scaling to bolster the supply chain for expected growth in the semiconductor industry.
