Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories launches Pemetrexed for Injection

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories said that it has launched Pemetrexed for Injection, 100 mg and 500 mg single-dose vials in the US market.

Pemetrexed for Injection is the generic equivalent of ALIMTA (pemetrexed for injection), a chemotherapy drug approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

As per IQVIA Health, the ALIMTA brand and generic had US sales of nearly $1.3 billion MAT for the most recent 12 months ending in March 2022.

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories’ Pemetrexed for Injection is supplied in 100 mg and 500 mg single-dose vials.
