Baker Tilly acquires healthcare IT consulting firm Orchestrate Healthcare

Baker Tilly US, an advisory CPA firm, has acquired Orchestrate Healthcare, a healthcare IT professional services and consulting company, in a move to scale its data and digital technology capabilities for healthcare providers.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Based in Colorado, Orchestrate Healthcare is said to help provider organizations in enhancing performance within the processes and systems, especially electronic medical record systems.

Founded in 2006, Orchestrate Healthcare offers solutions to help its clients meet their specific healthcare IT objectives, while and streamlining the performance of their systems.

The acquisition will come into effect from 1 March 2021 after which Orchestrate Healthcare’s workforce of 120 people will join Baker Tilly.
