Axis Bank allots 8,954 equity shares under ESOP scheme

Axis Bank said that it has allotted 8,954 of its equity shares of INR 2 each on 12 July 2022, pursuant to exercising stock options under its employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) scheme.

The paid up share capital of Axis Bank will increase accordingly from INR 6.1428 billion to INR 6.1429 billion.
