Axis Bank allots 14,654 equity shares under ESOP scheme

Axis Bank said that it has allotted of its 14,654 equity shares worth INR 2 each, pursuant to the exercise of stock options under its employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) scheme.

The publicly-listed Indian banking company said that its paid up share capital will increase accordingly from INR 614,28,64,296 to INR 614,28,93,604.
