Axis Bank allocates 2,38,802 shares under ESOP Scheme

Axis Bank said that it has allotted 2,38,802 of its equity shares priced at INR 2 each on 29 November 2021, in accordance with exercising of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

According to the Indian private banking group, its paid up share capital will increase accordingly to INR 6.13 billion (3.671 billion equity shares of INR 2 each) to INR 6.134 billion (3.674 equity shares of INR 2 each).
