ATW acquires trailer parts and towing accessories distributor Marius Garon

American Trailer World (ATW) has acquired Marius Garon (MGI), a distributor of trailer parts and towing accessories based in Quebec City, for an undisclosed price.

According to American Trailer World, the acquisition of Marius Garon to its distribution portfolio grows the footprint offered by its fully-owned subsidiary —TexTrail Trailer Parts.

Established in 1972, Marius Garon is a distributor and retailer of trailer parts and towing accessories. It caters to retailers, service centers, auto, and RV dealerships.
