Ashiana Housing acquires land for group housing project in Wazirpur

Ashiana Housing Ltd said that it has executed a registered sale deed to acquire 22.1 acres of land in the revenue estate of village Wazirpur in Sector- 93, Gurgaon Manesar Urban Complex, Gurgaon, Haryana.

The Indian real estate development company, which is based in New Delhi, said that it plans to build a group housing project on the acquired land.

According to Ashiana Housing, the land has a potential saleable area of around 21,00,000 square feet with a floor space index of nearly 17,00,000 square feet.
