Gallagher acquisition of Serna Insurance : Global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co has acquired Serna Insurance Agency based in Humble, Texas, for an undisclosed price, as per the latest insurance acquisition news.
Established in 2001 by Pete and Martha Serna, Serna Insurance Agency provides private client, personal lines and commercial insurance products and services to clients across Texas and nearby states.
Jeff Saunders, commenting on Gallagher acquisition of Serna Insurance, said: “The Serna Insurance Agency is among the largest independent private client and personal lines agencies in Texas.

Pete, Martha and their associates will operate from their present location under the leadership of Jeff Saunders, head of the US personal lines operations of Gallagher.
