Arthur J. Gallagher acquires safety consulting firm Total Safety Consulting
Gallagher Bassett Services, the risk management services subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has acquired safety consulting firm Total Safety Consulting (TSC) and its affiliates, which include TSC Training Academy (TSCTA).
The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.
Based in Bayonne, New Jersey, Total Safety Consulting supports the construction development process through a variety of integral safety services. These include safety management, environmental health and safety and technical training, and loss control engineering services to clients across the Northeastern, Mid-Atlantic, and Southern US.
Total Safety Consulting has offices in Bayonne, Long Island City and Bronx in New York, and Hialeah in Florida.

Jim Bifulco, Liz Bifulco, and their associates, will continue to work from their existing locations under Jim Bond, who is the executive vice president of Gallagher Bassett Technical Services, which is an integral part of Gallagher Bassett Services’ construction practice.
