Arthur J. Gallagher acquires personal lines-focused Denver Agency

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Denver Agency, a personal lines-focused insurance agency based in Denver, Colorado, for an undisclosed price.

Established in 1932, Denver Agency is said to specialize in catering to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across the US. The insurance agency also has commercial property/casualty solutions to offer for such clients.

According to Arthur J. Gallagher, Eric Gordon, Katy Hyman Roth, Chip McKeever, and their team will continue operating from their present location under the leadership of Jeff Saunders, head of its US personal lines business, and Jay Eshelman, who is the head of Gallagher Select, the insurance brokerage’s US property/casualty operations for small businesses.
