Arrow International acquires charitable gaming distributor Blue Bay

Arrow International, a charitable gaming products manufacturer, said that its affiliated entity Bow Distribution has acquired the operational assets of Blue Bay South, Fraternal Enterprises, American Bingo Company, and Wholesale Bingo Supplies (collectively Blue Bay).

Blue Bay, which is a charitable gaming distributor in Michigan, has been acquired from Bob Robinson and Rob Robinson, and will be operating in the state under the same name following the closing of the deal.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Arrow International, which is a portfolio company of Platinum Equity, said that Bob Robinson and Rob Robinson will continue to lead Blue Bay and steer its growth in the charitable gaming market in Michigan.

Bob Robinson said: “As an Arrow customer for the past decade, we’ve come to know Arrow and have established a tremendous relationship with the team.

“We look forward to the next chapter of our business as part of the Arrow organization and the opportunity this partnership brings to further strengthen the product lines, brand reach, and the support we’re able to provide to our current and new customers.”

The partnership will enable Blue Bay to continue catering to existing and new customers while increasing product lines, resources, and customer support, said the Ohio-based Arrow International, which manufactures electronic pull tabs, pull tabs, bingo products, and electronic bingo devices.

With our Blue Bay partners, we will be able to commit more resources to our customers to strengthen the service and product lines that generate dollars for charities.”
