Accenture to acquire American commerce agency The Stable

said that it has signed a deal to acquire US-based commerce agency The Stable for an undisclosed price.

The Stable focuses on assisting consumer brands to develop and operate their own digital commerce channels and manage their brand and sales performance across major North American retailers.

Through the acquisition, is expected to boost the global commerce transformation expertise of as well as its ability to quickly build and operate digital commerce ecosystems driven by data that maximize the performance of sales and provide innovative marketing and commerce experiences.

Established in 2015, The Stable offers a suite of omnichannel commerce capabilities for driving revenue and efficiency for brands in retail, consumer goods, marketplaces as well as direct-to-consumer channels.

The team of The Stable comprising over 400 people will be absorbed into Accenture.
