A. O. Smith acquires Florida-based water treatment company Atlantic Filter

A. O. Smith Corporation, an American water technology company, has acquired Atlantic Filter Corporation, a water treatment company based in Florida, in an all-cash deal.

The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

Established in 1955, Atlantic Filter Corporation manufactures water treatment equipment for residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial users.

The company’s water treatment products are sold via its retail dealership located in West Palm Beach.

Atlantic Filter Corporation joins other water treatment acquisitions of A. O. Smith, which include Aquasana in 2016, Hague Quality Water in 2017, Water-Right Group in 2019, and Master Water Corporation in 2021.
